These terms describe how Valyo is intended to be used today. They have not yet been through formal legal review and should not be treated as a final legal document.
What Valyo is
Valyo is a decision-support platform for Realtors preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Valyo is not a certified appraisal, and its output is not a substitute for one. A Valyo valuation is a range, built from comparable-sale evidence and a documented adjustment methodology, intended to support — not replace — the preparing Realtor's own professional judgment.
Who it's for
Valyo is built for licensed real estate professionals and brokerages. It is not a consumer home-value product, and account access is not offered to the general public.
Your responsibility
A Realtor using Valyo remains responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any valuation, pricing recommendation, or report shared with a client. Valyo's comparable data may currently include synthetic/demo values where a licensed real-estate data source is not yet connected for a given market — see our Data Architecture page for current status. A Realtor should not present demo-mode output to a real client as a real valuation.

Your organization's data belongs to your organization. See our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
Changes
Valyo is under active development. These terms, and the product itself, will change — we'll make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes to active accounts.
